Do I need to download software to view my faxes?
No. As long as you have a browser there is no need for additional software. You may also choose to receive your faxes via email as TIF images or in PDF format. To access faxes delivered via email all you need is any standard TIF viewer or Adobe Reader if you choose to receive faxes in PDF format. FaxBin.com will provide a tiff viewer specifically for faxes (part of your initial set up charge) to view and rotate any faxes that you receive via email. The FaxBin.com web client also allows you to annotate, send, and forward faxes directly from your desktop.

Can the fax or IT administrator view fax activity for all of the company's accounts?
Yes. FaxBin.com provides you with a monthly report of fax traffic and can provide specific reports upon request.

Can I create a custom cover page for faxes with my company logo?
Yes, not only are you able to create customized cover sheets but you may limit access to cover sheets on a user-by-user basis.

Can bills be itemized by user?
Yes, invoices will be broken down by activation and subscription charges for the entire company account and by the summary billing charges for each number configured for that account.

Who can read my faxes sent via my FaxBin.com account?
You and the person whom you send it to can read faxes you send. The account administrator has access to your account configuration and may view faxes that you have received via your FaxBin.com account.

How long are faxes stored in my FaxBin.com account?
Your faxes are "aged" every six months. Before faxes are deleted from the account you are given the option to take possession of your faxes (a cd with all of your faxes on it) for an additional charge.

How can I use my existing fax number?
You will be given a tollfree number. You will then have your local phone provider forward all calls to the faxbin tollfree number.
